We have always stayed here when in osage and it was great, but perhaps new owners, not sure but the room was dirty, globs of dried mud on carpets. We only had 2 very thin bath towels, 1 plastic glass, the shampoo and conditioner had been opened and used, only 1 tiny bar if soap to be shared at the sink and in shower. Bedspread was dirty and there was a hole in our blanket from a cigarette burn. We will be staying at Americinn on our future visits.
Avoid this place if possible!!! We arrived for our paid booking that was made months ago for a suite. The hotel staff gave us a room that was not what we booked, when we told them this was not what we booked, he became loud and belligerent, refusing to give any refund. The kicker is I tried to cancel this booking in May, and they refused to cancel then. Then we get here and they downgraded our room and became mean when we noticed this bait and switch they pulled. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!!!
Bed sheets looked and felt dirty (there was wax looking stuff and dirt on the one bed; my daughter thought she seen a bug in her bed). The coach in the room didn't look too clean either. The a/c didn't seem to work and the roomed smelled musty upon entering. The custmer service was very nosey and rude upon entering the building. Seemed very unpleased that we were a family of five with a fifteen and eight year old. Didn't stay for the breakfast because we didn't want to impose and we didn't want to stay other mintue in a place that didn't like us.
Not clean, no toilet paper, floor needed vacuumed, cereal & other dirt on floor. Poor pillows. Various hair on bathroom floor. Poor continental breakfast
I agree with all the bad reviews, add black mold, stained towels. Everything is well used, maintenance is not routine. We had to stay there because we had our dogs. I think breakfast was the only amenity...cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice, toast, muffins. Not a clean place.
