Thumbs up all around. Location is great. Right on the lake. The staff from checking in to checking out could not have been more knowledgeable or friendly. Plenty of space and privacy. Fun pool with enough grill space for everyone. A great dock to jump from while watching the boats cruise by. The only thing I would reccomend is a water slide from the top of building B to the lake. :)
It was a gift from my partners family for us to have a mid week vacation. The room was nice and the service was great. Everything we needed was in the clean room. The room came with a very comfortable bed with a down comforter.
Exceptional customer service at the front desk, doesn't matter who is working all are outstanding! 3 bdrm disability access penthouse bldg A very nice. Very large balcony looking out towards the lake. Hot tub on deck is brand new! Beds are very comfortable and master bathroom is huge. Entertainment room on second floor received plenty of use. Staff brought down a ton of extra spices and coffee immediately upon asking.
Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.Room REEKED of cigarette smoke so bad that the tissue in the tissue box stunk. Now, I am a smoker and it stunk this bad to me. Imagine how bad it was to my non smoking brother who is allergic to cigarette smoke?The parking lot is very narrow. If you own a large pickup or suv, be prepared for 47 point turns to get into a space without hitting another vehicle. The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing!
They redid the rooms which were nice. My only problem was the cleanliness of the rooms. If you pay that much money to stay in a resort, I expect the carpet to be vacuumed and not a layer of dust over everything. We had cobwebs and bugs galore INSIDE the windows of the rooms. I would refuse to walk around barefoot.Oh, and my in-laws had bed bugs in their room. So to say it wasn't caught when the room was clean when it was obvious just by turning down the sheets on the bed, is an understatement.
